What is a Ghost?
Electronic Voice Phenomena is the recording of voices or "sounds" of the dead. Sounds which are not heard by normal human hearing are somehow embedded onto magnetic recording media such as audio tape or digital computer hard drives. The embedded sound is heard during playback of the device which recorded it. Jane has captured several of these ghostly voices. Below is a few of the best ones recorded.
Voice caught during investigationJane was conducting a ghost investigation and during the investigation someone asked her if there were any spirits that were confused in the house. Jane answered that "she didn't feel anyone confused" and during the playback of the tape later on a voice saying "Not Confused" appeared on the tape.
Lizzie Borden GiggleDuring the investigation of the Lizzie Borden House in June of 1997, the lauging voice of a female was caught on tape during the nite. I believe it to be the giggle of Lizzie Borden herself. In the beginning you will hear the snoring of one of my friends accompanying me on the investigation and then the giggle.
Voice caught during a readingJane was giving someone a reading at a haunted house in January of 2001. The person receiving the reading recorded it on tape and during the reading a voice was recorded right in the middle of one of her sentences. The voice seems to say "You Strangled... Me..." Listen closely.
